Sing - Oh what do you do in the Summmmmer-time - when all the world is green?
Kelly and her friend Elaine found a great use for rhubarb leaves - hats! See how happy a bit of greenery makes you?

With the beautiful, now warm weather we HAD to go on a hike to the now famous "Where's Casey/Waldo Canyon" (See post from last year to learn why it's called "Where's Casey Canyon".) Crew, ever the trooper came along with us. Just what his muscle-bound dad needs, an extra 20 pounds or so on his back!

Of course, not long into the hike he conked out. Whenever Eric stopped he cried. Gotta keep that man on the move!

He got REALLY comfortable later in the hike. We later adjusted the seat so he didn't fall so far into it. Isn't it amazing how babies can contort themselves and not wake up sore? !

Benjamin and his friend Conner decided to make a go-cart. Here they are with the beginnings. Luckily Dad was nearby also 'helping'.

Frosty also gets lots more walks now that the kids are home. Here Ben and Frosty are ready for the rain. With matching coats! Yes, there is sunshine coming in through the window. I can't tell you how many times I have driven with my windshield wipers on - AND my sunglasses! It's crazy weather here!
Ever the creator, we found another use for rhubarb leaves. Crew! He didn't even whimper. Just looked at us like "Is this a good pose? Are you done yet?" You might think he's a cabbage patch doll. But - Meyers never conform - He's a rhubarb patch kid!
