Our Jordan is very comfortable in his skin.
Lately he has been trying to grow his hair out - longish. Problem was, it always looked greasy and unkept. He tried and tried, but I finally managed to convince him to let me trim around his ears. Then it wasn't long enough for him.
Next he decided it just wasn't worth all the washing and brushing I was now requiring from him, so he wanted it cut short. It was a nice cut!
Last week he had tacky day. He hated his new cut, so asked if I would do a reverse mohawk/double mohawk/racing stripes for the day. Always ready to please my children I said sure.
As you can see it looked fantastic! From multiple angles!

Sad thing is, when they had the judging at school (which he was sure to win!) his entire freshman class got called into a assembly and he wasn't judged. Poor thing. But he looked awesome!
The next day the "Moses-hawk" came off. But just to compensate we left the "X" in the back. :) I love my Jordan. He's got guts!
In the video, listen to the comment about "breakfast on my head"!
On another note...
To compete (only slightly) with my friend Erin's tales, check out what was found in front of my work... Yep, we may live in a city of 5 million, but there's still jungle real close by!
