At our reunion we had some great water slides. The one on the left was huge and even us big kids could go on it! You can see how big it was by the 6 kids on the left and Juliet 'flying' down on the right. It was awesome!! On the pic on the right was the smaller slide for just the little kids. It was also cool. It had slides, ladders and most popular of all, guns, that you could 'shoot' your friend with a stream of water! You can see by the smile on Ben's face, it was a huge success.

Of course there is always the pond at Granpa's. This year the kids all got to catch a fish and then learn how to clean it, thanks Uncle Will! This is the remains of one of those fish. Somehow it kept coming out of the dirt hole in the garden and ending up in the yard...
Of course there's always the natural source of water... Rain. My dad wanted to string up a giant canopy for everyone. So, along with a giant tarp, there was steel cable to hold the tarp. (No, rope would not do for John Meyers!). Of course steel cable needs to be covered so that it won't rip through the cheap tarp. So, a cheap hose was bought, split and strung up on the cable. Then it rained and blew down half the supporting poles. Oh well, it was a day spent together...

Last, but not least, the beach! These pics were taken in Panama City, Florida. Casey and Samuel are giving Ben some nice chest appendages. Jordan and Taylor are trying to bury their hands with the surf. Yes, Jordan is a lobster. He just gets that way, and believe it or not, he had SPF 50 on!
