I mentioned previously that's it so nice that everyone speaks English here. It is nice. They do. However, they speak with accents. There are also typos,
or mis-translations that we see. Not nearly as frequently as we did in China, but they are there. Here are a few I saw at the stores. The first is a book. It's actually not a typo or mis-translation, it's just funny. In America we would never say, "Think small"!The next picture is of a stroller at Tesco. I love Tesco, by the way. It's a Super-Wal Mart!!! Still, I don't think I would ever see a Stroller named "Cruelty Lion Pull" at Wal Mart, or even Target for that matter.
The last picture is another food picture. I took the kids to the local wet market and Jordan and Benjamin are watching the butchering of a chicken. They were enthralled. As we were leaving the market Jordan was commenting about being nauseated. Casey tried to convince him that it wasn't that bad. "Casey, I saw Piggly Wiggly's legs, and they weren't wiggling anymore. I saw a chicken killed. I feel sick." Casey had to agree. Benjamin, on the other hand just said, "I'm hungry!" That's my Asian child! The one who played with dead chicken heads and live eels whilst I shopped.
